  • Using the ink cartridge door to reach inside the printer and then manually move the carriage.

  • The carriage should be able to move freely across the width of the printer. Push the carriage firmly to the left side of the printer and then push it to the right side.
  • Close the ink cartridge access door and reconnect the power cord.
  • Now turn on the printer try printing.
